Mate do not know think if the tank in Wally country is still available will be producing this year. They do not need to workover as far as I know(which might not be much) to start producing and the oil pressure will have built up and they should have a pretty good flow rate for a while. Sales contract is the ease part I would think. One thing you can be sure of someone will sell the SP down this arvo foresure.
