She did say they may not even need local banks to take part in the funding. Looking at ECA's and I assume an offtake equity partner to fund most of it.
I think an equity partner could be a real boom for us shareholders if it happens as they will likely have to pay upfront for their share of the DZP and then also pay their share of the costs of the project.
Win-win for us shareholders as the profits will be spread over less shares than if they had to do a raising. The loan amount would also reduce if they can achieve up-front cash for a partial sale of the DZP similar to the original Korean consortium deal(which obviously hasn't gone ahead).
We wait for news on the above if they can pull it off.
