Guidance is often wrong. Markets change, supply chains change, inflation can also change things.
I guess they would have had an equity partner by now if things hadn't changed so drastically in the market.
Anyway, i can't be bothered arguing as it is obvious things have changed from what they hoped for and projected.
It happens all the time right throughout the market.
At least ASM are in there still trying, have very few shares on issue and are being very frugal with the cash they have.
