You know exactly why the ramp up never happened, and why the guidance was not met.... The CEO has referenced this many times, and it's perfectly clear to anyone who's listened to any of her recent interviews.
This bravado and chest puffing, asking for her resignation, is self serving narcissism.....and is a ball ache for everyone else.
