I did try to talk about this (but got shouted down by a child). The present executive performance structures mean as the share price falls, the incentive levels are reduced lower in a recalibration with the falling share price. Investors in their apathy essentially condone this crap, by NOT voting against it at the AGM.

I am all for marking performance against the business and share price, given the latter often impressed by external factors to the business, but per the repetitive nature of unmet promised potential pushed out steadily in these webinars and conferences, and shareholder dissatisfaction, the present structure is too generous.

Ms Smith's performance incentives are too generous and not properly aligned with shareholders interests. She has clearly not performed versus her own guidance since July 2022. We are presently meant to be in the "ramp up" phase of KMP offtakes. We are actually still in a massive cash burn phase with miniscule offtakes and significant overheads. Rowena, like her predecessors talks a good game (like, on and on), but has not delivered. I genuinely had high expectations for her contribution, the results speak for themselves.
