Having more than just the CEO update the market on his job is a better sign that employees have faith in the amount of time and money spent and shows their stake in the company (financial or otherwise e.g. goodwill).
Employees that can articulate their job actions and do more interviews like this should be adopted by many companies.
The recipe of just one spokesperson is a legacy MBA technique and in my view is not enough anymore.
How's that for a Monday IMHO?
