No one can prove one way or another, and it doesn't really matter at this stage of the process. The takeaway is that the 2 parties have signed an agreement to work together as partners to progress the development of Sconi in the timeframe specified. AUZ has a number of in demand minerals that SKI need to meet its business requirements going forward, pretty sure this will be win win deal
