It’s a $5B deal with 2.7B shares on issue which equates to less than 2c per share. This valuation is reduced further due to the need for significant funding. Whilst the deal gets them further towards production and the company has upside potential with the other two sites, the SP is probably fair value at the moment and will be capped at 12c until Flemington is significantly drilled. Also of note is that should the SP be consistently above 12c, 20% dilution will come into play through SK option.
