Paul is the most passionate CEO and always willing to take a call which you wont get in most companies. I try to only have a chat few times a year and he is always accommodating. In terms of business acumen and the deals that have materialised, along with transitioning from explorer to producer/ explorer in the toughest market possible is commendable.
