The companies previous resource was a tad over 250,000 at 3.4g/t. Most of that is highly profitable open cut. At anywhere near these prices, it should generate large profits. Gold could drop $300 and it would still print money imo. There are veins in this deposit and hence the infill drilling. The good news with that is they already know there is 250k ounces there now. When you mine this, you can get very rich bonus gold within the ore body. In the diamond game, they call them jewellery boxes. Silver Lake is a bit like this. It capped over $1billion and was developed by the same guys. They know these deposits backwards. You wont get large resource numbers but it will be very profitable. The resource will continue to grow with drilling anyway. The ore bodies are open all over the place, so we are not close to drilling any of this out. The exploration upside and location makes this a great asset imo. dyor
