I'm guessing that the delays with Mexican government has really stymied a lot for this company. They haven't said as much but now they're saying they have excellent relations. So they must have been working on re-establishing themselves with different officials. Which is really. Bluddy. Tedious.

With holdups like that, listing on Toronto Stock Exchange wouldn't make sense. Nothing was going forward for a few years there, and you must have very positive news to list. But we had Teck, dragging the chain as well. It's not something companies like to talk about. Just a guess. Because other companies pulled out of Mexico while all this was shaking out.
