From what I can tell most significant holders have partaken in the entitlement offer as well as a new sub holder having emerged

Harmanis Holdings (Billionaire Kerry Harmanis) held 112,861,336 shares for 10.78% at the last annual report, assuming a change in sub is due but assume diluted he now holds 6.4%

Twynam (Billionaire John Kahlbetzer) held 100,000,000 shares for 9.55% at the last annual report, he now holds 100,000,000 for 5.66%

Copulos Group (Stephen Copulos) held no substantial holdings at the last annual report, he now holds 232,639,676 for 13.18%

Richard Yeates held 73,446,213 shares for 7.02% at the last annual report, he now holds 95,196,243 for 5.39%

Lomacott 7.16% and Jetosea 6.57% are yet to lodge updated holdings.

As you can see though the sub holders are well known mining investors with a few billionaires in the mix. Between Copulos, Harmanis, Kahlbetzer and Yeates they still control at least 30.63% in the top 4 holders. As recently Monday Copulos was adding....

To me this is an emerging gold play and the recent buying suggests that it is expected to deliver very well on the drill. Should management's strategy play out as planned then by the end of the year MDI will be a producer with 1-1.5m oz of gold resources around Sandstone as well as some very promising NT assets.

The acquisition of the NT assets is something that seems to have had little discussion. It's worth noting that EL32291 just North of Tennant Creek borders Edna Beryl where ERM have hit some very high grade gold from surface.

"Drilling just two metres below the surface of the Edna Beryl resource north of Tennant Creek, explorers found up to 300 grams of gold per tonne of ore."
