100% agree. Have learnt this lesson both in terms of hits and misses - $NST is a great (but costly) example. How they built from those announcements circa 2012 to a $12B company is testament, to what quality management not luck is capable of doing.
First thing I look for with small caps is management - can they be trusted to deliver! They have been incredibly impressive so far.
