    Peter Cook is all about production so he wouldn't be buying shares just to drill expensive holes.
    Tom was part of Navigator resources which failed due to misunderstanding the ore body or lack of drilling so I'd imagine he doesn't want a repeat.
    Preliminary mining studies under way- is that the same thing as a scoping study?
