Not a holder of Nexus at the moment (but I have been). I don't think companies like Northern Star like to make offers for explorers without the explorer making a resource estimate. Maybe someone has examples of where this has happened but usually they wait for the explorer to drill it out. NXM is looking on the cheap side IF you think they will have a million ounce plus resource. I like the story and am keeping my eye on Nexus.
