Let's now await the very well written essay and spiel from 2ic whom - in moments of weakness - I am so close to believing and falling trap to (because of his seemingly such well detailed and educated assessment of the tenements and grades).
I'm just glad every time I get a little nervy about the weight of my investment, DT comes along with some incredible conviction and also new information for the planned future.
