Sentinel imagery is what I generally use

The images above (in my first post on this thread) are from Google Earth Pro which has better resolution than Sentinel but doesn't have the frequency of Sentinel (generally every 5 days depending on cloud cover).

Both GE and sentinel are "free". Paid variants are available but haven't found any cheap enough for my budget. Some free trials give a period of access with the $1K+ price tag thereafter requiring a significant investment choice for most.

As with many things a steep- learning curve. Some is intuitive but lots of youtube videos.
