You have worded my exact thoughts well in your post, better than i could have.
In my post i was just hinting at that Parklands has been overlooked by the general market as a huge re rate opportunity, you certainly expanded more than i was going to.
AZY is like a long drawn out chess game, a lot of moves to come, a few twists and turns, but i think the next move is not that far away
