because this is standard for this stock. this is what happened last big announcement where pumped same amountish.. then dumped same day. They release good news before releasing some bs...the insiders and pals all sell out their ill gotten shares.. then that panics retail who fall for that bs.. And without actual authorities to investigate they get away with it over and over.
Now back to where was at start of day despite 300k transferred.
