1. Brilliantlly bringing RCF onboard + Concentrate deal to avoid "panicked"dilution from retail.
2. embarking on an exploration, plan to lay the platform for the next tier of growth
3. Not wasting money on scatter gun drilling before the results of the exploration ha sbeen carefully analysed.

What he doesn't do is pander to "investors", whose "idea of an investment period is a long weekend".

Of course, I would like to see early results. However, no-one is going to cop B/S.
