Hey Plough, after some proper digging, I remembered about RMS and their studies on the Tampia project (they looked at all 3 mining options, like MEK have done, but... they were much more open about their findings, which is why I am critical of MEK, there is no reason to hide anything).

I also tried to think of other small caps that have been undertaking Toll treatment deals (that are with external parties versus RMS simply trucking to itself).
    But failed.... so far.

In any case, here are some of the figures RMS provided for it's Tampia project as well a potential stand alone development too.

Here is the details for Tampia that Explaurum study showed (which RMS took over in 2018/2019) having a stand alone project (capital costs were approx $120m) Explaurum

Then you have RMS figures post the takeover of Explaurum. To have a nice full ready on a Sundary Arvo - RMS June 2019 mine plan update

Obviously the operating costs table is the key one. Prices have increased for everything. Or at least most, though I not processing costs seem similar to today. The haulage costs imply 1g/t ore would sit around $527 per ounce. BUT.... the trucking costs are over double the distance than MEK, so... we can as a minimum, 1/2 them. Meaning $260 per ounce costs or a reduction by $260, to $2390 per ounce. Profit sharing would see perhaps $800 split 50/50 before other costs. If they can toll treat 100k ounces, that is perhaps $40m to MEK.
But... I guess that is the difference between being able to have an open pit beside the plant. The figures are very different at 1.5g/t though.
Just $175 per ounce for trucking. 1 ounce would cost closer to $1700, which would see both parties generate significant free cashflow.

Tampia is approx 120km trucking distance from the Edna May will, so... over double the distance compared to MEKs open pits.
Again, none of this is exhaustive or necessarily up to date with current costs.

    I hope that helped?
