Alameda oil => Export via deep water port. Will bring desperately needed international dollars into Cuba via trade
Cuban government is very happy with Melbana and their direction and handling of Block 9.

Block 9 split is 70/30 with Sonangol very happy for Melbana to maintain control as this is the most efficient way for dealing with Block 9 for both companies. They have the funding and assets, Melbana has the skill-set.

Sonangol farmed in for 70% of the first two exploration wells.
