No one would do senior unsecured debt to a speccy. It would have to be convertible, which has an equal impact on dilution.
In any case - mute point as the company has clearly stated (more than once) that the program is fully funded. No CR this side of Christmas, so zero point in entertaining the thought (we are not I*Z who are drilling random wildcats in the middle of Africa!).
