DUmb decisions , earlier , to raise capital , and the use that to buy NEO along with borrowings from Wyloo. Stupidity in the extreme . I made comments on this when we did this. Smart management would have used the capital raised funds to focus on step 1 of our business , get our rare earths to production and start generating some cash.

NEO price dropped immediately after our purchase and has never recovered.HAS was sucked in , big time.

Now HAS effectively sells NEO for almost half our buy price , and we need that money and giving away 60% and control of our key asset to clear our debts to Wyloo.

I decided to see what the rationale was for this crazy idea to borrow $150million from wyloo to buy into neo at the top

I conclude they may have been gripped by a fever induced by the rapid rise in the value of has around that time which distorted rational thinking

this is the rare earth version of gold fever

Happens to the best of us....goes with the territory!

sell the fever, buy the cure
