Totally agree Sarg. Adding to that, my expectations are that Dan is frugal with money in the bank. The lagging effects of Powel’s policies are yet to play out. IMO, we have big problems on the horizon. Commodity based companies are the only place to be. I’m happy to be here but I’m not deploying anymore money until there’s more certainty out there.
