Seriously, why would he say something like that? Even if it is out of our hands and govt regulatory hold ups, why state what cannot be delivered? It makes him look like an idiot and the company lose credibility.

Also do they have heritage and environmental approvals yet, dont recall any announcements but i havent been following closely as have lost a bit of faith.
