I don't think they are escrowed shares.
I remember 400k sale order started lining up even before escrow released.
Other than directors who I can think of selling is, the placement (CR) agent who got them for free.
This company seriously needs a PR specialist. They can't just be busy in the background while SP keeps falling.
When the good update is released, it will be way too late as the money already gone elsewhere.
