few months ago I said almost same and few people tried burn me on a stick. lol
Back then SP was close to 50c. $2-$3m would have been perfect as it allows for some fat on the bone which can be handy if they need to do follow up drilling or CR negotiations take bit longer.
When one is desperate for funds the other side will drive hard bargain.
