As the MRE is now to be "early June" my concern for SH's is that the CR still needs to be done very soon.
If MRE results are not to come out for a while then unfortunately there will be downward pressure in the market of the SP.
This is unless we have some outstanding results which come through in the meantime (here's hoping on that happening)
SVY is seriously running out of cash and they have to pay the balance of the cost for the land that the board has recently purchased
To pay for the land and to keep the doors open SVY needs cash so a CR is very much on the near horizon.
I only hope that the MRE comes out first and that the market likes it enough to drive the SP to somewhere near where it actually belongs then the CR could be at a SP that is not too underpriced.
Time is definitely against us here and the SVY board and CC in particular need to earn their money on handling the next 4 to 8 weeks.
