they have been talking to potential JV partners for while now. I think they all wait to see the outcome of the SS before making firm bids - in an event anyone decides to bid.
My guess is July-Sep will be the period when we will see JV deal as I think the SS will produce decent metrics. If ALK makes another discovery in the area between now and Sep then a JV is almost baked.
