"I can only rue that he did not take the helm when OBM first turned on the plant" - Absolutely. I was in this when the 1st Gold Bar was poured. That was the only thing that went to plan. After that it was problem after problem. Some on HC were saying "Davyhurst was cursed". I don't want to blame Luke's predecessors however he has turned OBM around from failure to, and I will say success (sp wise), but really the true success is still to come. All I can say is Luke is earning his pay for sure. When (and I am sure he will) deliver on the "Drive To 100", if wants a pay rise, then he has my vote.
