    dear Munster

these intersections are typical of grades/widths of a high grade underground gold mine. The important thing to consider is the continuity and the average grade (based on mining width).

on current OBM parameters, anything above a 4g/t average going into a fully utilised plant is going to produce nice revenues

if you want a model of Australias most successful long term high grade underground gold mine, see if you can did up a cross section/ model of the mining that occurred over decades at Pajingo in QLD.

The thing I like about these OBM presentations is that they highlight the open ended exploration potential, for example look at the cross section of the Riverina trend and see how many blue dots are near surface at British Lion and Sunraysia. These areas haven’t ever been meaningfully drill tested below 100 metres depth.

Then look at the Mullins Trend and all the blue you can see at Lady Gladys

You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to work out that this high grade gold district is going to produce a great deal more gold for a long time.
