The merger implementation deed (if that is what it is called) requires only normal operational matters are taken into account in determining one GSR share is worth 0.2868 Horizon share. So this windfall is NOT in the calculation and the merger implementation deed needs to be amended in Greenstone shareholders favour.I would think the so called independent expert would judge the merger NOT in the best interests of Greenstone shareholders.
