This windfall may provide enough cash flow to get Burbanks North into production or just sell Burbanks North permitted mine site for immediate cash. I believe about 22,400 ounces of gold within 35 meters with a permit to mine in place.
A deal like that may enable the Main Lode mine to be prioritised to go after the high grade gold.
I guess it depends on on the directors to stand up for shareholders for once and pull out of this merger or press for a better merger deal.
