LK I like where you are going with this. I have recently gone through a merger process as a TMT shareholder when AVL grabbed the TMT shares in a scheme of arrangement.

From memory prior to the 2nd scheme meeting enough of a stink was raised by TMT shareholders who were dissatisfied with the ratio being offered by AVL that the AVL board offered another couple of shares to help get the deal over the line.

I am sure there are ex TMT holders on the GSR thread that can correct my poor memory, but the point is that as GSR shareholders we don’t have to just accept what is dished up to us by the GSR Board.

Whether it be the proposed issue of “performance” rights, a merger you don’t believe in or any other issue that is grinding your gears, don’t hesitate to email or call our Board members to express your concerns.
