DR, I'm happy happy to take a portion of the blame for the recent dip, I found a block of land I really wanted to buy and had to come up with a 20% deposit quickly so I sold a couple of million shares over a few days starting on the day of the last announcement. I'm still holding and am very excited about the next 3- 6 months.
