Yes I'm getting the same sort of feeling .
I'm not heavily into OBM like some as I reserve the main part of my portfolio for actual producers but I do feel this a much safer and more reliable stock than others approaching development .
No big bragging talk on the sidelines that I've seen elsewhere and then disappointment when it couldn't be fulfilled .
Little signs of good management .
