The whole market has lost it. I had a look at some other Fintech companies to see what has happened to NOV's peers.

NOV is only in trouble when the business starts losing revenue, stops signing new deals, stops integration of their tech, key staff leave, etc.....
Share price is not in their control, the market is clearly taking many down at the moment including NOV IMO.
