    Actually - correction, after reading the announcement again.

    The companies are going 50/50 in the "gross margin" - which presumably is after deduction of Visa/Mastercard wholesale fees (e.g. scheme fees) and maybe some other 'at source' costs. So the processing revenue split will be skewed slightly towards Novatti, but am expecting this to be a smallish skew like 55/45.
