The ATO classes small businesses 10m and under.

I have found some data on small businesses and their turnover from the ABS...

1.49% have a turnover between $5m to $10m
4.15% have a turnover between $2m to $5m
33.69% have a turnover between $200k to $2m
32.52% have a turnover between $50k to $200k
26.48% have a turnover between $0k to $50

Lets apply that to the Reckons customer base, i'm just going to use turnover value right in the middle of each group.

1.49% of 114,000 = 1498.60 x 7.5m turnover = $11,239,500,000
4.15% of 114,000 = 4731 x 3.5m turnover = $16,558,500,000
33.69% of 114,000 = 38406.60 x 1.1m turnover = $42,247,260,000
32.52% of 114,000 = 37072.80 x 125k = $4,634,100,000
26.48% of 114,000 = 30187.20 x 25k = $754,680,000

Total = $75,434,040,000. 5% = $3,771,702,000. 0.6% clip for NOV = $22,630,212
10% = $7,543,404,000. 0.6% clip for NOV = $45,260,424

Also don't forget NOV owns 19.9% of Reckon. So 19.9% of $22,630,212 = $4,503,412.18 & 19.9% of $45,260,424 = $9,006,824.37

Total at 5% = $27,133,624.18
Total at 10% = $54,267,248.37

Now don't forget Reckon is increasing their subscribers around 12% per year so this will just keep increasing. So this will just keep growing nicely.

This is only me trying to work out an estimate, don't shoot me down but rough numbers look promising!

Then hopefully down the track we will see some more opportunities regarding Reckon business loans, they are currently using "Prospa" to facilitate these loans, i'm fairly confident that Novatti will win that over when and if they get their bank license.

Anyway exciting times IMO despite share price and market conditions, patience is required and I've got plenty of it.
