It's fair to say this contract renewal with Anglo is VERY material for the company!!
Having a look at the original contract with Anglo the company signed back in 2022 this was for a 2 year engagement for $550k. The new contract is for 5X the value at $2.6mil!!
This more than replaces the annual revenue this customer was generating for the business, all things being equal it should nicely grow the top line and likely see the company move into profitability.
One can assume with Anglo having to approve the Announcement, they didn't want to see the value of the contract uplift being highlighted.
