Some of the other long term holders can probably give you a better answer.
But i believe this is awesome news, the company is growing and taking the next steps to further expand the production for the upcoming and future projects.
This will also allow the company to tender on larger projects, now having more cash.
Will the price be impacted, as a normal rule of thumb, every time there is a capital raise, the share price is impacted to try match the share price that the capital raising is issued at (1.3c). But that is only for short term, long term it will be a positive if money is used accordingly.
