Yeap, bizarre trading today. It looks like a few were looking for an excuse to make some huge trades on the open market and today's announcement gave them the cover to do so. While it was an important step for the company, this announcement did not warrant a 60% increase on its own. I'm still waiting for the next contract announcements, I don't think the price will actually move up much till then.I will add that I do think the company is highly under valued, and I'm patiently waiting for it to get the attention it deserves!
