Q7E.4 of "Proposed issue of securities" document indicated no material transaction fees and costs. Hence, net proceed from the placement would be $1.7m.
"Post placement, RLG cash holdings total $5.5m" -> cash balance by end of Jun21 prior to the placement was $3.8m.
Cash balance by end of Mar21 was 2.4m -> net CF in Jun21 quarter (inc. Operating, investing and financing) was ~$1.4m.

Business Development
Dan Love took 12.8% holding (pre-placement) and 11.3% holding (post placement) to become the biggest holder. Second and third holders are holding cir. 32m and 22m shares respectively.
My guess is Dan would be the strategic partner in the next new contract / business line to be announced. It is not hard to guess it will be in agri /food & beverage/fruits & veggies sector which has been really hot in China. His holding suggests RLG (and Dan) are aiming big for this.

Nonethless 2.3c is 2.3c. We would need to get ready for a rocky period before the dust settles. GLTA

W.D good point regarding financials however a CR at 2.3 is a RORT to current holders considering they were NOT desperate for cash why not have them in escrow for 12 months ?? Had a look on GOOGIE nothing positive there either We are with the GODS on this one
