Agree not a good look.
Is it possible the deal was done before the Remedy announcement meaning the price was only a 10% or so discount on the price at the time?
In which case would have been a better look to announce it beforehand, maybe they weren't expecting such a jump hence the trading halt while the paper work goes through.
The jump on the remedy announcement was only a day event so it is not the same as a gradual rise in share price over a few weeks.
I suspect Mr Love wanted shares cheap as he can provide new contracts in return, so keen to see what these are, I guess the cash will pay for these new contracts to get to market faster.
