Very interesting. Initial thoughts are that this could be a very lucrative business with the ability to capture much bigger profit margins through the launch of their own brand products in the massive protein/supplement powder sector. It also represents a departure from the company's bread and butter, sell into China on third party platforms (JD, Tmall, etc.) business model. This launch includes their own online platform (www.vora.com.au) and is targeted at the Australian market (at least initially). Maybe this is the "step change" alluded to recently by the CEO and it explains the finance facility that they recently announced. Web site looks impressive. Would love to hear everyone's thoughts.
