directors and kmp should be getting shares for far harder hurdles or locked in on metrics which don't involve a few tick boxes. Compared to other asx listed companies that actually make a profit the remuneration is comparatively high. If they milk it to the ground it will go the way of countless small cap piggy banks, but I truly hope the longer term success of the business and having shares worth 6-10c is more a long run game they're willing to play.
