I have no doubt that they have that under control - just another move in the chess game. But i am reminded of that old Kevin Costner film Field of Dreams - if you build it, they will come. In this case if you have the resource they will fund.
Very very promising news and hard not to get a bit excited after so many years in the economic wilderness - the only thing we've managed to produce to due (at least pre Kirtlan regime) was hot air and bull dust. If we could have moneterised those commodities, we'd all be billionaires.
