This is a really excellent deal. If you are a RMS shareholder that is. Your future was low grade scratching around at Magnet and other bits and pieces that you managed to buy from disinterested companies. Now you've got yourself high grade resources and plenty of exploration upside still to come. While we SPR shareholders are expected to bend over and take what's coming. Seems like no matter which way you hold it we got the rough end of the pineapple. Lack of recent drilling results suggests that there might be some good news, but that would spoil the deal. So go slow on the drilling and maybe we will forget what a great position we were in. I don't buy the narrative that we would struggle to get into production - raising equity capital seemed a straightforward job. We were told not to expect to see the mill cranking up until the end of next year anyway. It is also worth remembering that 55 million performance rights (worth about $100 at current prices) automatically vest in the event of a change of control. Wish I had some of those. Wouldn't be a slight conflict of interest would it? I have been in this since ~35c so I make good $$. But I reckon we're leaving a hell of a lot on the table.
