    At the moment, if you accept the offer.
    Is that a guarantee that you will receive RMS shares?
    Will your shares disappear from your holdings.?
    And if you not guaranteed RMS shares , will your shares be 'returned'. But be worth closer to 20c. Rather than 47c?
    ie do you lose control of your shares until RMS , gets
    50.1%?
